Clone of Head On. An article mentioning Burkheister's games was at The Golden Age Arcade Historian blog, but now can't be found. Must have been deleted.
From an email with The Golden Age Arcade Historian directly: "The games were mentioned in the June 16, 1978 issue of Play Meter, which reported that Burkheister had introduced three games: Crash, Bump, and Jumpers. All were wall-mounted. Crash was a clone (or maybe a licensed version) of Head On."
