Copy of Circus. An article mentioning Burkheister's games was at The Golden Age Arcade Historian blog, but now can't be found. Must have been deleted. A copy of the article is viewable at rssing.com.
From an email with The Golden Age Arcade Historian directly: "The games were mentioned in the June 16, 1978 issue of Play Meter, which reported that Burkheister had introduced three games: Crash, Bump, and Jumpers. All were wall-mounted. Jumpers was a clone (or maybe a licensed version) of Circus."
