All TTL based, no ROMs.

This is a 100% clone of the Allied Paddle Battle 040 PCB (Winner IV etc). It is etched with a Williams logo on the underside and also 1B-2001-95. On the top side it is also etched with a Williams logo, and 'Issue 1'.
