Achievement unlocked: Over the Rainbow

Merged The Couples driver with the Merit one.It has still graphics and inputs issues (at least the latter presumably caused by protection),but most of the graphics bugs are fixed:

    nice work,Kale,I have a question that is there possible to fix the gstream.c driver Sprite lag and Sound banking ?

    Sprite lag is easily fixable (by using a buffer and VIDEO_EOF). I don’t know about the sound problems,I haven’t yet checked…we’ll see…
